Nordic Defence Cooperation
The Nordic Defence Cooperation (NORDEFCO) consists of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. It aims to strengthen national defence, identify shared synergies, and enable efficient joint solutions. The chairmanship rotates annually, and cooperation takes place within a flexible framework where participation and implementation remain national decisions.

Armaments Coordination Staff
ARMA CS coordinates Nordic armaments cooperation, aiming to deliver financial, technical and industrial benefits through joint development, procurement and life-cycle support. Its work is carried out through expert Working Groups, bringing together representatives from across the Nordic defence organisations.
Courses
Nordic Peace Support Operations (PSO) courses are delivered in cooperation between FINCENT, NODEFIC, SWEDINT and Denmark. The programme is a long-established example of Nordic training cooperation, combining shared responsibility and instructors to achieve a high international standard.
